Data collected
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, e-mail address, company name if you provide it, and your message. The server also logs access (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and maintenance.
Purpose
To notify you when SynCal opens if you asked for it, or to answer your demo request. No other communication, no resale, no advertising.
Legal basis
Your explicit request, made by submitting the form.
Retention
Requests are kept until SynCal opens and the information you asked for has been sent, and for at most twelve months. You may ask for deletion at any time. Access logs are kept for at most ninety days.
Place of processing
The website, the e-mails and their backups are hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak. No data is transferred outside Switzerland and no foreign subcontractor is involved.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Umami, an audience-measurement tool hosted in Switzerland by ZRS-Holding, which sets no cookies and shares no personal data. We also remember, in your browser, the language you chose; that information is never sent to us.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to contact@zrs-holding.com. We reply within thirty days.
